Given up for dead the WHEN BASEBALL WAS FUN quarterly has survived
the hangman’s noose. First our printer, DAWN STEELE of Manches-
ter, Michigan, came through with a discounted price and a group
of WBWF Angels, CAROLYN TRUCKS, JACK KEHOE, WARREN WILBERT, BOBBY
HOEFT II, CHUCK MILHEM and PAT FIELDER came through with flying colors!
The Fall Quarterly will print a front page story entitled: THE
LIFE OF A PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL PLAYER. It’s going to be a corker!
So, what the bejabbers is wrong with the Tigers? The answer is
is realy quite sim;ple….,.their so-called mighty bats have turned into toothpicks. Their starting pitchers are flirting
greatness. Did you know that the bull pen have cost MAX and RICK
PORCELLO FOUR QUALITY STARTS between them. Listen to this!
THEY BOTH WOULD have SIXTEEN WINS. They both must bite the
bullit….however w/o this disgraceful fact their CY YOUNG hopes
are zall but lost as is the playoff chances for the team.
IT GETS MY GOAT….mostly because I have to grin ‘N’ bear it!!
