  2. It’s a GREAT book. It is all about baseball when the game was still classic; before free-agency, when people loved their teams and the players stayed with their teams for years, not just until they could make a buck more somewhere else. This is baseball as it should be, and as how most of us “remember” it…even if we’re not old enough to have been there during those wonderful years. I recommend this book VERY highly. Classic baseball at its best.
